- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- One Tablespoon Biryani Masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup peas
- One Onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cinnamon
- One Star Anise
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1/2 cup rice
Method of making veg biryani recipe
- Take a vessel and pour oil into it. Add chopped onions and let them become crisp.
- Then, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cumin, fennel, cardamom, and cook.
- Add ginger-garlic paste to it and let it cook.
- After this, add chopped vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, beans, peas, and potatoes and mix well.
- Add red chili powder, black pepper, salt, and biryani masala to it.
- Now add some curd to it and let it cook for some time.
