Ingredients need to make tawa kaleji recipe
- 500 gms Mutton Liver
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- One tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Green Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Green Coriander, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 5-6 green chilies
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 big Onion, grated
- 2 tbsp curd
Method of making tawa kaleji recipe
- To make this, first take a bowl, fill half the water in it and put 500 grams of the mutton liver in it. Add ginger-garlic paste, and vinegar and keep aside.
- Meanwhile, take a small bowl, and add spices like black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Now, take a blender, add chopped green onions, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water and blend it.
- After this, heat oil in a tawa or tawa. Add grated onion paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook again.
- Filter the water from the liver and put it on the pan. Mix well.
- Add the prepared spice mixture and mix after that, add curd and mix again.
- After 10 minutes add the green paste and mix everything well. Add salt as per taste and serve and enjoy!
