Ingredients need to make tawa kaleji recipe

  • 500 gms Mutton Liver
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • One tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Green Coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 5-6 green chilies
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 big Onion, grated
  • 2 tbsp curd

Method of making tawa kaleji recipe

  1. To make this, first take a bowl, fill half the water in it and put 500 grams of the mutton liver in it. Add ginger-garlic paste, and vinegar and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile, take a small bowl, and add spices like black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  3. Now, take a blender, add chopped green onions, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water and blend it.
  4. After this, heat oil in a tawa or tawa. Add grated onion paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook again.
  5. Filter the water from the liver and put it on the pan. Mix well.
  6. Add the prepared spice mixture and mix after that, add curd and mix again.
  7. After 10 minutes add the green paste and mix everything well. Add salt as per taste and serve and enjoy!
