Ingredients need to make the tandoori aloo keema recipe

  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • Two pieces of potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 kg boneless mutton (minced), marinated
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 green cardamoms
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger

Method of making tandoori aloo keema recipe

  1. Put oil, bay leaves, green cardamom, cumin, and cloves in a pan. Now add chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and butter. After this add green chili and capsicum.
  3. Now add spices: turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt.
  4. Add mutton mince and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Now add chopped potatoes and tomatoes to it.
  5. Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
