Ingredients need to make the tandoori aloo keema recipe
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- Two pieces of potato
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 kg boneless mutton (minced), marinated
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 green cardamoms
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
Method of making tandoori aloo keema recipe
- Put oil, bay leaves, green cardamom, cumin, and cloves in a pan. Now add chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and butter. After this add green chili and capsicum.
- Now add spices: turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, and salt.
- Add mutton mince and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Now add chopped potatoes and tomatoes to it.
- Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
