Ingredients need to make slow cook chicken tikka

  • 6-7 chicken pieces
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 dry red chilies
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • One tsp garam masala
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves
  • 1-star anise
  • Salt to taste

Method of making slow cook chicken tikka

  1. Take chicken pieces and fry them lightly by adding salt, pepper, and red chilies.
  2. Cook it in a pan on high flame till it turns brown.
  3. Then take it out. Take a cooker and put some oil in it.
  4. Then add dry red chili, bay leaves, two cloves, and fennel.
  5. Now add chicken pieces along with chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger.
  6. When it becomes soft, add salt, black pepper, cardamom, garam masala, coriander powder, and turmeric powder to it.
  7. Now let it cook slowly for at least two hours. Check it to add some water in between.
  8. Once it is thick enough, take it out, garnish with cream and coriander leaves and serve!
