Ingredients need to make sitaphal kheer recipe
- 1/2 liter full-fat milk
- 1 Custard Apple
- Almond
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method of making sitaphal kheer recipe
- Take out the pulp of the custard apple. Remove the seeds and mash them.
- Boil milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Add a pinch of saffron to it.
- When the milk becomes slightly thick, add fruit pulp to it. Cook for some time while stirring.
- Add sugar and let it cook for a minute.
- Lastly, add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
- Cut almonds and put them on top of the kheer.
- Serve cold.
