Ingredients need to make sitaphal kheer recipe

  • 1/2 liter full-fat milk
  • 1 Custard Apple
  • Almond
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method of making sitaphal kheer recipe

  1. Take out the pulp of the custard apple. Remove the seeds and mash them.
  2. Boil milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Add a pinch of saffron to it.
  3. When the milk becomes slightly thick, add fruit pulp to it. Cook for some time while stirring.
  4. Add sugar and let it cook for a minute.
  5. Lastly, add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.
  6. Cut almonds and put them on top of the kheer.
  7. Serve cold.
