Ingredients need to make the rose thandai recipe

  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • Two tablespoon almonds
  • 2 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp saunf
  • 10 tsp black pepper seeds
  • 10-12 cardamom seeds
  • 1 melon seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp rose petals
  • 1-liter milk

Method of making rose thandai recipe

  1. First of all, soak cashews, almonds, melon seeds, poppy seeds, pistachios, cardamom seeds, black pepper seeds, and rose petals in water for some time.
  2. Then grind all these things and make a smooth paste.
  3. Cook for such a long time in a pan till the milk comes to a boil. Add sugar to it, after a while add the prepared paste to it and cook it well for some time.
  4. Let it cool down, add rose syrup to it. After this let it cool in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Remove in a glass, garnish with rose petals and finely chopped pistachios and serve.
