Ingredients need to make reshmi chicken paratha roll recipe

  • 300 gms Chicken Boneless
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • One Tablespoon Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp sesame
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 4-5 green chilies, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2-3 tbsp oil

To make Paratha:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Oil as required
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp green chutney

Method of making reshmi chicken paratha roll recipe

  1. Blend cashews and sesame seeds in a blender. Now add green chili, ginger, garlic buds, cream, and curd to it and make a smooth paste.
  2. Take boneless chicken in a bowl and add the prepared paste, red pepper, black pepper, coriander, cumin powder, and salt and mix everything well with the chicken.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Till the time the chicken is getting marinated, knead it and make parathas.
