Ingredients need to make the poha cutlet recipe

  • 1/2 cup soaked poha
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 potato boiled
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2-gram flour
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method of making poha cutlet recipe

  1. Take poha and potatoes in a bowl, mashing both well, and mix.
  2. Mix all the spices including onion, green chili, green coriander lemon juice, turmeric, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add cornflour and gram flour and mix well once again.
  4. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  5. After this, spread it like a roti on a plate and take out its pieces with a knife.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry them till they become crispy golden brown and enjoy them with chutney.
