Ingredients need to make the poha cutlet recipe
- 1/2 cup soaked poha
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 potato boiled
- 2 tbsp green coriander
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2-gram flour
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Method of making poha cutlet recipe
- Take poha and potatoes in a bowl, mashing both well, and mix.
- Mix all the spices including onion, green chili, green coriander lemon juice, turmeric, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and ginger garlic paste.
- Add cornflour and gram flour and mix well once again.
- Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- After this, spread it like a roti on a plate and take out its pieces with a knife.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry them till they become crispy golden brown and enjoy them with chutney.
