Ingredients need to make the palak pakoda recipe

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger and chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method of making palak pakoda recipe

  1. Mix gram flour, rice flour, baking soda, salt, carom seeds, and turmeric in a bowl.
  2. Now add spinach to it and prepare a batter by adding water little by little.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and make small pakodas from the prepared batter.
  4. Take out the pakodas on a paper towel, so that the extra oil can drain out.
