Ingredients need to make oats dahi kebab recipe

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 3/4 cup oats powder
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp green coriander

For stuffing

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp mint and coriander chutney
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Method of making oats dahi kebab recipe

  1. Take gram flour in a pan and fry it for some time.
  2. Take out the curd in a bowl, and add salt, roasted black pepper, green coriander, green chili, chopped onion, chopped ginger, cashew, and yellow chili. Garam masala, cardamom, mace powder, grated paneer, and roasted gram flour.
  3. Mix all the ingredients to make a dough.
  4. Take out round pieces from the dough.
  5. Fry the round pieces on a tava (griddle) till they become golden brown.
  6. Serve hot Dahi Kebabs with mint chutney.
