- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1 onion, cut into pieces
- 1 capsicum, cut into pieces
- One carrot, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt to taste
