However, in this noodle spring roll recipe, I added rice vermicelli noodle and it is one of the main ingredients. Basically, the recipe for noodle spring roll is very common in good Thai and Malaysian restaurants. The most common is the use of sweet-smelling sauce or red-hot sauce with certain salads. I love it with spicy sauce but my husbands prefer the other way with sweet chili sauce.
While it does not have complicated steps in this recipe yet I would like to share a few tips and tips for how to cook spring noodles.
First of all, I highly recommend using small and fine noodles in this recipe. It can help to wrap and most importantly deep frying.
Second, I used the store to buy spring sheets for this recipe. You should be able to find it at any local freezing point in the local market. Alternatively, you can also use the remaining chapati and spring roll sheets.

Method of making noodle spring rolls
- For noodle spring rolls, first, add oil and salt to the flour and mix it.
- After that add lukewarm water little by little and knead it.
- Keep the dough covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add ginger paste, green chilies and stir lightly, then add peas and cook covered for 2 minutes.
- After this add capsicum and cabbage and fry for a minute.
- After this add paneer, black pepper, noodles, soy sauce, lemon juice, coriander, and salt and cook well.
- Now your stuffing is ready.
- Make 13-14 balls out of all-purpose flour.
- Take a ball and wrap it in dry flour and then roll it thin into a diameter of 5-6 inches.
- Similarly, roll the other dough. Then apply an oil well on one puri and keep the other puri on top of it and roll it to make a size of 9-10 inches.
- Similarly, prepare all the dough by rolling it.
- Now put some oil on the frying pan and heat it.
- Then turn both the puris and bake them lightly.
- After syncing your wrappers are ready. Similarly, prepare all the wrappers.
- Now make a thick batter of 1 tbsp flour, so that the edges of the wrapper can be glued.
- After this, spread a wrapper and place 2 spoons of stuffing on it, and spread it leaving little edges.
- Take the upper end of the wrapper mod.
- After this, apply some flour mixture on the edges and turn it inside and keep rolling the wrapper from above.
- Put a little flour solution on the end of the wrapper and then stick it.

- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frypan. Then place as many rolls as possible on it, turn it upside down, and bake it till it becomes golden brown.
