Ingredients need to make no bake apple pie recipe

  • 250 gms Digestive/Whole Wheat Crackers/Low Carb Cheese Crackers
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 200 g apple, sliced
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp stevia
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 anise

Method of making no bake apple pie recipe

  1. Combine coconut oil and graham crackers with some water in a blender and blend until the mixture becomes lumpy and does not stick together. Put the cake in a tin and keep it in the fridge.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with some coconut oil/vegetable oil.
  3. Peel and cut the apples and put them in a thick bottomed pan along with the water stevia, star anise, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  4. Cook them until the apples become completely soft.
  5. Lie on top of the set digestive crust and keep it in the fridge for an hour to set.
  6. Place ripe apples on top and garnish with your favorite nuts.
