Ingredients need to make the mutton shahi roll recipe

  • 300 gms mutton mince
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp Green Coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • One tablespoon butter
  • One tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Black pepper to taste

For Base:

  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)

Method of making mutton shahi roll recipe

  1. Take a big mixing bowl, add mutton mince along with coriander leaves, salt, pepper, salted butter, garlic, and ginger paste, and mix well, later add breadcrumbs to the mixture.
  2. Once the mixture is ready, make sure it is not too hard nor as hard as wheat flour, now make balls of minced meat.
  3. Apply olive oil (wooden chopping board or marble base) on the surface and put mince balls on it.
  4. With the help of your hands or a rolling pin, roll the ball into a thick ball like a Tikki. Then spread the piece of cheese on top.
  5. Bake or grill the kebabs till they are cooked well.
  6. Now make chapatis using all-purpose flour, heat the tawa, and roast it from both sides.
  7. Keep it on the shelf, and place kebabs with cheese on top of it. Add tamarind and mint chutney along with coriander leaves.
  8. Roll with some onions and serve.
