Ingredients need to make muthia chicken kabab recipe

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic
  • 5-6 coriander leaves
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • One tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin 1 green chili
  • 1/2 cup water

  1. First, mix onion, ginger, garlic, mint, and green coriander in a chopper.
