Ingredients need to make the matcha frappe recipe
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 150 ml full cream milk
- 2-3 tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Crushed ice cubes
Method of making matcha frappe recipe
- Add 1 tbsp of matcha powder to about 30 ml of water and mix well. put it aside
- Put the crushed ice in the blender.
- Put vanilla ice cream, milk, and sugar syrup in the blender as well. Lastly, add the matcha mixture.
- Blend until the ice in the frappe is almost completely crushed.
- Remove the lid and taste the sweetness and consistency.
