Ingredients need to make the khoya kulfi recipe

  • 1-liter milk
  • 1 cup khoya
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp almonds and pistachios, chopped

Method of making khoya kulfi recipe

  1. Take milk in a pan and after it comes to a boil, reduce the flame.
  2. Cook the milk till it becomes half. Now add khoya, sugar, cardamom powder and almonds, pistachios, and cook while mixing.
  3. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes and let it thicken a bit. Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
  4. After the mixture cools down, pour it into the kulfi molds and keep it in the fridge to set overnight or for eight hours.
  5. After setting, keep the mold outside or in a vessel with water for some time, take out the kulfi comfortably and serve.
