Ingredients need to make a healthy falooda recipe
For chia gel
- 2 chia seeds
- extra add-on
- A few unsweetened blackberries or blueberries or soaked black raisins soaked in water
- 2 tbsp Rice Spaghetti Strands/Rice Noodles Cooked and Strands Separated

- 3/4 cup dates
- 1 tbsp rose syrup unsweetened
- Almond milk
For ice cream
- 3 fermented bananas
- 2 tbsp almond milk

Method of making healthy falooda recipe
- Prepare the chia gel in advance. Soak chia in four spoons of water.
Prepare a smoothie by mixing dates and almond milk.
To make ice cream, add a banana and blend it. If the consistency is thick, then add two tablespoons of milk and turn it into molds and store it in the fridge. - Prepare spaghetti strings by boiling 1/2 cup of water, once it boils add 2 tbsp strings and make sure they are separated and not sticking to each other.
- Layer the ingredients in a glass using the following steps – Chia Gel – Chopped Fruit – Add Berries or Raisins – Spaghetti Strands – Date Rose Smoothie – Banana Ice Cream – Add Chopped Dry Fruits of Your Choice
