Ingredients need to make the green rice recipe

  • Oregano to taste
  • Parsley and a few sprigs of thyme
  • 3 tbsp coriander
  • Tablespoon salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • One tablespoon of cumin powder
  • 1 cup jalapeno
  • 1 green capsicum
  • One bowl of rice
  • 8-9 green olives

Method of making green rice recipe

  1. Put oregano, parsley, coriander, salt, pepper, olive oil, vegetable stock, and spring onions in a blender and grind them to a puree.
