Ingredients need to make eggless mango cake
- 2 cups flour
- 2 mangoes
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 cup sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Whipped cream
Method of making eggless mango cake recipe
- Cut mango and make its puree.
- Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Keep aside.
- Mix oil, butter, sugar, curd, and mango puree. Beat well till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Sieve the flour mixture through a sieve and add to the wet ingredients (mango puree mixture).
- Mix well till you get a smooth consistency. Add mango pieces from other mangoes.
- Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with whipped cream and mango slices.
