Ingredients need to make eggless mango cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp curd
  • 1 cup sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Whipped cream

Method of making eggless mango cake recipe

  1. Cut mango and make its puree.
  2. Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Keep aside.
  3. Mix oil, butter, sugar, curd, and mango puree. Beat well till the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Sieve the flour mixture through a sieve and add to the wet ingredients (mango puree mixture).
  5. Mix well till you get a smooth consistency. Add mango pieces from other mangoes.
  6. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and mango slices.
