Ingredients need to make an easy chicken keema recipe

  • 200 gms minced chicken
  • 2 Onions, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1-inch cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 cardamom
  • 4-5 peppercorns
  • 4-5 cloves
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Green coriander to garnish
  • 2 tbsp curd

Method of making easy chicken keema recipe

  1. Fry all the spices in ghee.
  2. Add onion and fry till it turns brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  3. Add tomato slices, salt, and spice powder and saute till tomatoes are tender.
  4. Then add curd, and fry for a minute. Add minced chicken, cover the pan and cook well.
  5. Serve garnished with green coriander.
