Ingredients need to make the dahi phulki recipe
- 2 cups besan
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of baking soda
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp curd
- 1/2 garam masala
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 and a half cups of water

Method of making dahi phulki recipe
- First of all, you have to prepare a besan batter. Put water in the gram flour and keep it for 10-15 minutes.
- Then take out a little part from it and put it in hot oil and fry it till it becomes crispy.
