Ingredients need to make chicken seekh kabab roll recipe

  • 500 gms Chicken Mince
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 Green Chillies , finely chopped
  • Green coriander
  • 1 cup flour
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces

Method of making chicken seekh kabab roll recipe

To make kebabs

  1. Take a big mixing bowl, add all the spices along with minced chicken, chopped onion and green coriander in it.
  2. Mix well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, make roll sheets. Knead the dough using all purpose flour, salt and water. Keep aside.
  4. To wrap the kebabs around the skewer, use your fingers to wrap the meat around the skewer, spreading the meat gently along the length of the skewer. If the meat is sticking, you can apply a little water or oil to your hands.
  5. Heat a pan on medium flame and add 1-2 tbsp ghee or oil in it. Make your kebabs using your hands until it resembles a sausage. When the tawa is hot, place the kebabs on the pan.
  6. Wait till all the kebabs turn golden.

  8. After kneading the dough, take out a little portion from the dough and roll it like a chapati.
  9. Heat the pan, then put the rolled chapati on the pan.
  10. Cook from both the sides.

Assemble:

  1. Spread coriander-mint chutney on both the parathas.
  2. Now put seekh kebab, chopped onion and tomato in the middle of the bread and start wrapping the paratha. After folding the paratha in half, tuck one end of the roll and seal it and wrap it tightly.
  3. Serve it with green chutney and onion rings.
