Ingredients need to make chicken nizami recipe
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 table spoon hot milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped into pieces
- 1 table spoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 sharp leaves
- 1 1/2 kg chicken (chopped in 8 pieces)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 green chillies
- 1/4 cup coconut (soaked in 1/2 cup)
- Green coriander, chopped in pieces
- 4 table spoon curd, fried
- 1/4 t spoon saffron
- 4 table spoon cream
Grind together:
- 1 t spoon cumin
- 1 t spoon poppy
- 3 cardamom
- 4 cloves
- 10 Red Chillies (Dried)
- 1/4 t spoon turmeric powder
- 2 table spoon dry coconut
Method of making chicken nizami recipe
- Grind all the ingredients from cumin to cinnamon.
- Keep the milk from the coconut and keep it aside.
- Heat saffron to 2 seconds, crush and then soak it in hot milk.
- Heat oil and fry the onion until golden.
- Insert ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few minutes.
- Insert pissed paste and sharp leaf. Let it boil it for 5 minutes.
- Put chicken pieces and 1/2 cup water and keep cooking for nearly 20 minutes on a low flame.
- When the chicken is almost cooked, put coconut milk, green chillies, green coriander and yogurt.
- Cook until the soft of the chicken. Insert cream and saffron and boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve incandescent.
