- 200 gms minced chicken
- 1/4 cup Cheese , grated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Onion , chopped
- 1 Egg , beaten
- One Green Chilli , cut into pieces
- 1 tsp Garlic , chopped
- tsp white pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
Method of making chicken cheese balls recipe
- Take minced chicken in a bowl, add chili flakes, salt, oregano, garlic, green chili and white chili powder.
- Mix all the things well. Now make balls of this mixture and make holes. Fill the grated thing in the middle and then make a ball.
- In a bowl, add salt to the eggs and beat them.
