Ingredients need to make chicken cheese balls recipe

  • 200 gms minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup Cheese , grated
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Onion , chopped
  • 1 Egg , beaten
  • One Green Chilli , cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp Garlic , chopped
  • tsp white pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano

Method of making chicken cheese balls recipe

  1. Take minced chicken in a bowl, add chili flakes, salt, oregano, garlic, green chili and white chili powder.
  2. Mix all the things well. Now make balls of this mixture and make holes. Fill the grated thing in the middle and then make a ball.
  3. In a bowl, add salt to the eggs and beat them.
  4. Spread the bread crumbs in a plate, add salt and mix it. Roll the balls in bread crumbs and then after dipping in egg coat again with bread crumbs.
