Ingredients need to make the chicken bread parcel recipe

  • 2 bread slices
  • 1/2 cup Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
  • One tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Chili Flakes as per taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Method of making chicken bread parcel recipe

  1. Take a mixing bowl, and add chopped boiled chicken to it. Now add spices like chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper as per taste. Mix everything well.
  2. Put cream and mayonnaise inside it. Mix again. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, green coriander, and any vegetable of your choice.
  3. Take two bread slices without edges and spread this filling on them. Spread the filling evenly over the bread slices. Cover with another bread slice.
  4. Press the sandwich slightly to ensure that the filling sticks well to the bread.
  5. Now make a batter, take a bowl, add curd to it and beat until smooth. Add cornflour while mixing. Keep stirring till it becomes slightly thick and then gradually add water while mixing.
  6. Mix until a thin liquid paste without lumps is formed. Keep this batter in a bowl for breading.
  7. Now take two bowls, one filled with batter and the other with breadcrumbs.
  8. Place the chicken bread sandwich in a bowl of batter and turn it over to coat both sides. Lift them carefully and then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  9. Put this sandwich in oil in a pan and fry it till it becomes crispy.
