Ingredients need to make the chicken Bihari boti recipe

  • 500 gms boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp raw papaya, grated
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp besan
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method of making chicken Bihari boti recipe

  1. First, cut the onion in half, grate one half and chop the other half finely. Fry the chopped onion till it turns golden brown and then remove and crush it completely.
  2. Now in a bowl add all the other ingredients except the chicken pieces along with the fried/grated onions and grated onions and mix well. Then add chicken pieces and mix.
  3. Keep covered for overnight to marinate.
