Ingredients need to make the Burmese samosa curry recipe
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1 cup ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Half tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1/4 cup moong sprouts
- Cabbage and Carrots, a bunch
- Salt to taste
Method of making Burmese samosa curry recipe
- Heat oil in a pan and add ground spices one by one, add ginger garlic paste, and let it cook for some time.
- In another bowl, add curd, gram flour, and 1 cup of water to make a smooth and lump-free mixture.
- Come back to the pan and add half the chopped vegetables and pulses and fry them lightly.
- Add curd and gram flour mixture and let it come to a boil.
- Once everything is well boiled and cooked, add the remaining pulses and stir again.
- Take out the hot soup in a bowl, garnish with 2 small samosas, chopped vegetables, and fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
