  • 500 gms mixed vegetables, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 2 tsp ginger (ground with garlic), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, grated
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (broken)
  • 4 green cardamoms
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 100 grams almonds, blanched
  • Coconut Milk
  • Coriander leaves and almonds – chopped and roasted for garnish

Method of making navratan korma recipe

Blend the blanched almonds and coconut milk in a blender and keep aside.
Heat ghee and add onion paste. Fry till it turns brown.
Add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix well.
Add vegetables, salt, and chili powder and fry on high flame till the spices are well mixed.
Lower the flame and cook till it bites, while stirring a few times.
Add coconut milk mixture and boil for 2-3 minutes, and serve garnished with coriander and almonds.
