  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp oil

Method of making chicken tawa fry recipe

  1. First, cut the boneless chicken into cubes and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Now take a big bowl, add boneless chicken pieces along with gram flour, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, curry leaves, red chili paste, fennel, cumin, and salt.
  3. Add some water to the spice mixture and mix everything well.
  4. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  5. Make sure all the chicken pieces are well marinated.
  6. Finally, heat the oil in a pan on a low-medium flame and fry the chicken pieces till golden and cooked.
  7. Take out the extra oil and drain it.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
