Method of making aloo kofta recipe
- Boil potatoes and mash them. Add grated paneer, corn starch, salt, pepper. Mix it well, shape it into koftas and fry. Keep it aside.
- Blanch tomatoes, onions, and almonds. Grind them into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bay leaves and cumin seeds.
- Add tomato-onion-almond paste. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Then add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder to it. Put water in the pan and let the gravy come to a boil.
- Add sugar, salt, cream, garam masala, kasoori methi. Let it cook for some time.
- After the gravy is ready, transfer it to a serving bowl and add fried potato koftas.
