Method of making allahabadi cake recipe

  1. Heat a pan and add sugar and fry till it turns brown. Then add some hot water.
  2. Mix well, then heat until the sugar dissolves completely in the water.
  3. Remove the pan from the flame and keep it aside. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter until soft peaks are formed.
  4. Then, add eggs one by one and continue whisking.
