  • 1-inch cinnamon
  • 2-3 cardamom
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 4-5 cloves

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 medium onions, chopped into pieces
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped into pieces
  • 2 green chilies

Method of making mushroom biryani recipe

  1. First of all, soak the rice for 3-4 hours, then boil them with whole spices. Rice wait until 70% boil.
