Method of making mushroom biryani recipe
- First of all, soak the rice for 3-4 hours, then boil them with whole spices. Rice wait until 70% boil.
- For Biryani Base, heat oil in a pan, put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste with whole spices (cumin, both cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel, teaching).
- Fry for a while.
