  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Oil for frying

Method of making Chinese pakoda recipe

  1. Take a big bowl, add all the vegetables along with the above-mentioned sauces and dry spices, and a little salt.
  2. The next step is to mix gram flour, maida, and cornflour (corn starch).
  3. Mix all the things well. Avoid adding water as there is enough water inside the vegetables. Keep the mixture aside for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Take a small portion of the batter and gently drop them into the hot oil. Keep doing the same with the rest of the batter.
  5. Fry the pakoras till they are golden and crisp from both sides.
  6. Serve with sauce and enjoy.
