Method of making chili cheese toast recipe

  1. Make a batter by whipping cheese, salt, red chilli powder, coriander, green chillies, baking powder and enough milk, mix it till it becomes light.
  2. Keep it in a cool place for at least half an hour.
  3. Cut off the edges of the slices and divide each into two halves.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the slices.
  5. Heat the oil until the solution poured into it comes up at once.
