Method of making bajra atta ladoo recipe
- First of all, put a little ghee in a pan, roast the makhana and grind it. Similarly, fry the gum in ghee and grind it.
- Now put some ghee in the same pan and fry the wheat flour and keep it aside. Similarly fry the millet flour by adding more ghee to the pan.
- In a bowl add millet flour, wheat flour, almond powder, powdered sugar or jaggery, crushed cashews and pistachios, makhana, gum, coconut powder and little hot ghee.
- Mix all the ingredients well and try making laddus from this mixture. If the mixture seems dry then you can add some more ghee.
- Make laddus from it and store it and enjoy it whenever you want.
