Ingredients need to make bajra atta ladoo recipe

  • 11/2 cups millet flour wheat flour (optional)
  • 1 cup Makhane, Roasted
  • 1/4 almond powder
  • One tbsp cashew nuts crushed
  • 1 tbsp pistachio crushed
  • 2 tbsp gum (fry and powdered)
  • 11/2 cups powdered sugar or powdered jaggery
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sawdust
  • 11/2 cups desi ghee

Method of making bajra atta ladoo recipe

  1. First of all, put a little ghee in a pan, roast the makhana and grind it. Similarly, fry the gum in ghee and grind it.
  2. Now put some ghee in the same pan and fry the wheat flour and keep it aside. Similarly fry the millet flour by adding more ghee to the pan.
  3. In a bowl add millet flour, wheat flour, almond powder, powdered sugar or jaggery, crushed cashews and pistachios, makhana, gum, coconut powder and little hot ghee.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well and try making laddus from this mixture. If the mixture seems dry then you can add some more ghee.
  5. Make laddus from it and store it and enjoy it whenever you want.
