Method of making anjeer milk recipe

  1. Put the soaked dried figs in the grinder and make a smooth paste. Keep aside.
  2. Boil milk in a saucepan.
  3. Lower the flame, add saffron and mix.
  4. Take out the milk in a glass, add fig paste and mix well.
  5. Drink it hot.
