  • 125 g butter
  • 100 grams castor sugar
  • 75 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams coconut powder
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 tsp soda bicarbonate

Method of making oatmeal biscuits recipe

  1. Melt butter with honey and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Add flour, oats, coconut, and bicarbonate of soda. Mix well.
  3. Make small balls about 1/2″ in diameter with your hands.
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, leaving enough room to spread while baking the biscuits.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 170 C/325 F, about 10 minutes or until golden.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly before removing from the baking tray.
