- 1 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup tofu/paneer, grated
- 1/2 cup Onion, Tomato, and Capsicum, grated

How to make Sprouts and sooji pancake recipe
- Put green chilies and ginger along with sprouts in a blender. Make a paste using little water.
- Add rava to the paste and mix well.
- Add vegetables, curd, coriander, and spices.
- Make a half-thick batter by adding water as required.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and spread a cup of batter to make pancakes. Put a few drops of oil/ghee on the edges.
- Cook on low flame till it gets cooked from both sides.
- Garnish with grated tofu/paneer. Sprinkle some chaat masala and fold it.
- Serve with green chutney and enjoy!
