  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup tofu/paneer, grated
  • 1/2 cup Onion, Tomato, and Capsicum, grated
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 2-3 green chilies (optional)
  • a piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp green coriander
  • 4 tsp ghee/oil

For seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

How to make Sprouts and sooji pancake recipe

  1. Put green chilies and ginger along with sprouts in a blender. Make a paste using little water.
  2. Add rava to the paste and mix well.
  3. Add vegetables, curd, coriander, and spices.
  4. Make a half-thick batter by adding water as required.
  5. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and spread a cup of batter to make pancakes. Put a few drops of oil/ghee on the edges.
  6. Cook on low flame till it gets cooked from both sides.
  7. Garnish with grated tofu/paneer. Sprinkle some chaat masala and fold it.
  8. Serve with green chutney and enjoy!
