Chikoo kulfi recipe easy to make at home in summer

Chikoo kulfi recipe: In this summer season, instead of making kulfi made with synthetic essence and flavor, make kulfi made from natural fresh fruits, you all will love it.

  • For 4-5 members.
  • Time – 50 minutes

Necessary ingredients to make chikoo kulfi recipe

  • Chickpeas / Chikoos – 4 medium-sized (300 grams)
  • Full cream milk – 1 liter
  • Sugarless than a cup (100 grams)
  • Cashew – 10-12
  • small cardamom – 4
  • Vanilla Essence – half tsp

Method of making chikoo kulfi

  1. Put the milk in a heavy-bottomed vessel for heating, when the milk starts boiling, reduce the gas and cook it while stirring the milk in between till it becomes one-third of the time.
  2. It takes 35-40 minutes for the milk to thicken.
  3. Put sugar in condensed milk and keep it and let it cool down.
  4. Cut cashew nuts into small pieces, peel the cardamom and crush it coarsely.
  5. Peel the chikoo and remove the seeds, cut 2 chikoo into small pieces, grind 2 chikoo and make a paste.
  6. Add vanilla essence, chikoo paste, chopped chikoo, crushed cardamom, and cashew to the condensed cold milk and mix well.
  7. Put the mixture in an air-tight container and keep it in the freezer to freeze. Kulfi gets ready in 6-7 hours.
  8. Delicious Chikoo Kulfi is ready. Serve the chikoo kulfi in a tall stained cup and eat it.

Suggestion:

  • Strawberry kulfi is also made like chikoo kulfi.
  • Milk takes more time to thicken, if you want to make kulfi fast, then 500 ml. Took.
  • Heat the milk, let it cool and fry 250 grams mawa lightly and add it to the milk after crumbling, and mix the fruit of which you want to make kulfi in the above way, kulfi will be ready very soon.
