Method of making chicken dynamite recipe

  1. Cut your chicken into small pieces, then marinate it with garlic, ginger, red chili powder, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, salt, and pepper to make a dry batter. And in a separate bowl beat two eggs.
  3. Grind the chicken, then dip it in the batter first, then in the egg, and again in the batter. Repeat the process with all the pieces.
  4. Fry till it becomes crispy and golden brown. For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, ketchup, honey, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper.
