  • 2-liter milk
  • 100 grams sugar powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 5 small cardamoms
  • 5 almonds
  • 10 pistachios
Method of making delicious kalakand
  1. To make Kalakand, first of all, take 2 big bowls and put different milk in them and keep them.
  2. Now light both your gas and keep the milk parts on the gas to boil.
  3. Now when milk comes to a boil in a vessel, add lemon juice to it and take it off the gas and wait for it to cool down.
  4. When the milk cools down, separate the water and chenna with the help of a cloth.
