  • Green chili – 2
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – tsp
  • red chili – 2
  • Curry leaves – 10 to 12

Method of making vegetable special pancake recipe or rice cheela recipe

  1. To make vegetable pancake, first of all, take 1 cup of rice soaked 3-4 hours before.
  2. Grind the soaked rice, 2 to 3 green chiies and inch pieces of ginger in a mixer to a fine paste (you can add water if needed).
  3. Now grate 2 medium sized boiled potatoes and put them in a mixer and grind them.
  4. After the batter is ready, take it out in a bowl and add cup carrot, capsicum, cup tomato, cup spinach, 2-3 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp salt, tsp red chilli powder, tsp Add tsp cumin seeds and tsp baking soda and mix well (do not make the batter too thin or thick).
  5. Now put the pan on the gas for heating.
  6. Put 1 tbsp oil in it and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  7. Cover the pancake and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes till it turns golden brown and cook from the other side also (keep the flame low-medium).
  8. Make all such pancakes one by one.
  9. To make peanut chutney, put ½ cup roasted peanuts (peeled), cup grated coconut, tsp salt, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp lemon juice and cup water in a mixer jar and grind them finely.
  10. Now for tempering the chutney, take a pan, add 1 tsp oil and heat it.
  11. Put tsp mustard seeds, 2 red chilies and 10 to 12 curry leaves in the oil after breaking them.
  12. Now put the tempering in the chutney.
  13. Delicious vegetable pancake is ready.
  14. Serve it hot with peanut-coconut chutney.
