Method of making Mexican Cuisine Taco Recipe
- To make tacos, heat olive oil in a pan and add capsicum, onion, garlic, green chilies and fry them well.
- Add rajma to this mixture as well as put the grated paneer in the pan.
- After this add cumin, chili powder and mix all the ingredients well.
- Add a teaspoon of tomato puree to this mixture.
- Also add salt, capsicum, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Make salsa by mixing two green tomatoes, 1.5 tsp olive oil, a big pinch of salt, and small coriander in this mixture. Your taco is ready.
