- 2 liters milk, full cream
- 120 grams rice
- 40 grams grain sugar
- Few drops of rose water
- 10 grams dried rose petals
- 100 grams almonds
- 25 grams almond silver

Method of making Almond and rose kheer
- Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes.
- Heat the milk in a pan, after it boils, lowers the flame and let the milk cook till it reduces to half.
- Drain the rice water, add it to the milk, and cook on low flame until it gets cooked completely and thickens.
- Add chopped almonds to it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes till it thickens, add sugar to it.
- Keep it aside to cool down. Once it cools down, add rose water and mix it. Keep in the fridge before serving.
- Bake the almond silver in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Before serving, garnish it with silver and dry rose petals.
