- 400-gram prawn
- 3 tablespoons mustard oil
- 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp cumin paste
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1 ¼ cup coconut milk

- Boil the prawn in turmeric water.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan. After this, add whole cumin and sugar to it.
- Then add ginger paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, and light powder and fry it.
- Then add prawn and green chilies to it and fry it for a few minutes.
- Add coconut milk and cook again for a short time. Then add salt to it.
- Finally, serve with garam masala and ghee.
