  • 12 Biscuits

For chocolate truffle

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh cream

To make soaking syrup

  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Orange scowl
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar

To decorate

  • Beaten Whipped Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Chocolate vermicelli

Method of making Eggless Chocolate biscuit cake recipe

    For chocolate truffle

    • Put fresh cream in a broad non-stick pan, heat it on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
    • Remove from the flame, add the chocolate and mix well and cook until no lumps remain in the mixture and it becomes soft. 
    • Keep aside for 2 minutes to cool.

    Method of proceeding

    • Dip the 4 naïve biscuits one by one in the soaking syrup, placing them in a long row in a plate, where the two biscuits are placed one below the other in the 2nd row, making a right angle.
    • Spread 1 tsp chocolate truffle on each biscuit.
    • Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 2 more layers of biscuits and put chocolate truffle on top.
    • Garnish with the whipped cream curd and chocolate macaroni, set in the fridge for 1 hour.
    • Serve cold.
