  • 1 tablespoon curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon separating Bengal gram
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon white lentils
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Method of making Delicious Lemon Rice

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the oil and fold in the fry separating the Bengal gram, mustard seeds, and white lentil, followed by peanuts and cashew nuts. 
  2. Combine the raw red leaves and carrots and add the cooked rice, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt. 
  3. Stir until the ingredients are well combined and the rice is heated.

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 pounds of button mushrooms
  • 1 jalapeno, hear
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method of making Mushroom Rice

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. 
  2. Add the jalapeno and shallot and add salt and pepper. 
  3. Pour the marsala wine over the mixture and reduce the heat. 
  4. Finally, dip in the soy sauce before adding the cooked white rice. 
  5. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. Reduce heat, add basmati rice and allow to boil.
