Sweet chili tofu is an easy dish to cook. And it goes well with rice. We suggest you use Firm Tofu or Extra Firm Tofu to prepare the recipe.

Ingredients need to make Sweet Chili Tofu:

  • Firm Tofu / Extra Firm Tofu (recorded)
  • A lump of corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Iron Pepper (Red / Green)
  • Onions
  • Delicious Sauce Sauce (From supermarkets)

Method of making Sweet Chili Tofu:

  1. Place cornstarch, salt, and paper in a bowl. 
  2. Then put the tofu in it.
  3. Prepare in a preheated pan and fry in olive oil for about five minutes until lightly browned. 
  4. And keep them aside.
  5. In the same pan add the peppers and onions and let dry for about 2-4 minutes until soft.
  6. Put the tofu in the pan. Cook for another two minutes.
  7. Then find a serving dish and pour in the delicious sauce.
  8. Your delicious chili tofu is ready to serve as it only takes 10-15 minutes to cook. 
  9. You can also enjoy white rice or brown rice.

Delicious Tofu Recipes - Jericho Tofu

Jericho Tofu: This recipe is one of my favorites. Although you need a lot of ingredients to make a recipe, it is still easy to cook. This recipe is Jamaican Inspired Jerk Tofu.

Ingredients need to make Jericho Tofu:

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 spring onions
  • Garlic (Few Cakes)
  • Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
  • Vinegar (Apple Cider / White Vinegar)


  • Thyme leaves (half a teaspoon)
  • Glove Grounds (half a teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon Powder (half a teaspoon)
  • Ground Allspice (half a teaspoon)
  • Ground Nutmeg (half a teaspoon)

Method of making Jericho Tofu:

  1. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. Get a blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients to make it smooth.
  3. Put all the spices in a blender.
  4. Cut your Extra Firm Tofu into the meat and place it on a plate.
  5. Place the jerk marinade over the tofu.
  6. Store in the fridge for 10 minutes overnight.
  7. Get a frying pan. 
  8. Also, fry the tofu in medium heat on low heat for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Note: Your tofu jerk is ready to taste. You can also use a grill pan to get a smoky taste. You can heat all the other jerk marinade sauce in addition. You can serve it with rice or sauté broccoli. Jerk tofu is yummy, and you should add it to your vegan meal preparation.

Tofu Lettuce wraps: Tofu wrap is one of the cleanest dishes in vegan meal prep. It will take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. It is 100% fun and easy to make. So, very good food.

Ingredients need to make Tofu Lettuce wraps

  • Water Chestnuts (extracted and recorded)
  • Edamame
  • Spring onions
  • Paste Garlic and Onion Paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Lettuce

Method of making Tofu Lettuce wraps

  1. Toss everything in a hot pan and cook until the tofu starts to turn golden brown. 
  2. Be sure to keep the temperature above average.
  3. Add the soy sauce to the pan (at the last minute)
  4. Now fill the lettuce with cooked tofu.

Tofu wraps is ready to be enjoyed. If you like, you can add carrots, avocados, mushrooms, and peppers to the ingredients. You can also add sauce (such as sweet chili sauce, stir fry sauce, sauces)
