- Sweet potato - 2
- Sweet sauce
- Green Chilli Sauce
- Coriander (finely chopped)
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Black Salt
- Lemon - 1
Method of making Sweet Potato Chaat Recipe
- To make the sweet potato chaat, fry the sweet potato.
- For this, put sweet potato and 1 to 2 tbsp water in polythene so that the sweet potato is roasted softly.
- Then, turn off the polythene and microwave it for 7 minutes by placing it in the microwave.
- After this check the sweet potato.
- To check the sweet potato, save the hand from the steam, and try to lighten the sweet potato with a slight hand, the sweet potato starts to press on its own.
- Sweet potato is ready.
- Remove it from the polythene and let it cool, then peel it with the help of a knife and then cut it into half-half inch pieces.
- Put the pieces in a bowl, add black salt, roasted cumin powder, ½ teaspoon green chili sauce, 2 teaspoons sweet chutney, ½ or 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and a little green coriander.
- Mix all the ingredients well in the sweet potato.
- Sweet potato chaat is ready. Take out the sweet potato chaat on a plate and sprinkle all the spices in small amounts over it again.
- Also, put half a teaspoon of sweet chutney and green coriander for garnishing.
- A very spicy and sweet potato chaat is ready. Serve it and eat it while sizzling.

- Fat sweet potato is more good in taste. So take a thick sweet potato.
- Instead of roasting sweet potato, you can also make it by boiling it like a potato in a cooker.
